Sukkot 2019

A sukkah is open as a symbol of welcoming guests. When friends and neighbors gather, even in a temporary, fragile space, we can create something that is strong.

This year, the Center City Kehillah is building public sukkot in parks around Center City for neighbors to connect with each other, for organizations to organize events, and for the community to enjoy together.

Events and meals are happening throughout the week-long holiday in multiple locations. Click below for each location. Sukkot begins Sunday, October 13 at 6:05 pm.

Read coverage of this project in the Jewish Exponent!
